This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.  You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

2. Orders

2.1 Prices
All prices are quoted are in pounds Sterling.

2.2 Order additions
If you wish to add more parts to your order, simply place another order before you complete at checkout.

2.3 Colour variance
Please be aware that used LEGO part colour density can vary significantly from one part to another, especially with used white and yellow parts.

2.4 Missing parts
Missing or incorrect parts should be reported within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

2.5 Missing orders
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 14 days (UK) or 21 days (Airmail), please contact us so we can investigate.

2.6 Cancellation
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products, provided that the products are returned unopened, in their original packaging.  You will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus the original delivery charge, but you must bear the cost of return postage. If you decline to accept delivery of your order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus the original delivery charge, upon our receipt of the returned order.

Please allow around 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for delivery.

3.2 Delivery to Europe
Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for delivery.

3.3 Delivery Worldwide
Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) for delivery.
